Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates

The cost of delivery of the order will be calculated at checkout and included in the total cost of the goods.

Deliveries are made from 25 till 80 days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) after the package reaches the destination country. halesha LLC is not responsible for these fees if they apply and are your responsibility as a customer.

How to check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 80 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will review it for you.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

If the item has not been used and is in its original condition and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the shipping cost for a refund.

If your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We consider them on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
